First time I've posted on here in over two years.    here's how my day went it was my first time running in about four months I ran a half mile warm-up followed by a pain ridden 1.2 mile run had to walk some of it even because of severe shin pain.   Then I ran another half mile on the track followed by a 400 m jog/Sprint.   Maybe Marshall is hurting is the new shoes or possibly due to shinsplints caused by lack of running and weight gain hope to be able to run more and feel better for the rest the week

Salomon Miles: 2.50
